1. Scope

This policy applies to all products purchased online at [Caebikeandemoto.org] including e-bikes, e-motos, parts, and accessories (collectively “Products”).
Products that are defective or damaged are also subject to our warranty terms. This policy addresses returns for non-defective items and refunds/exchanges of Products.

2. Return Period

  • You may request a return for a full refund or exchange within [30] days of your delivery date.
  • After the return period expires, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange (unless the Product is defective under our warranty).

3. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return (non-defective items):

  • The Product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging (including all accessories, documentation, and parts).
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt).

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Some Products cannot be returned:

  • Batteries, electrical modules, consumables & special-order items (unless defective).
  • Products that show signs of use, installation, modifications, damage, or alterations.
  • Gift cards, downloadable software, services.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

5. Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

  • Unless the Product is defective or damaged at delivery, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may be reduced by any shipping costs, restocking fees, or processing fees.

6. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned Product and inspect it, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Bank or credit card processing times may delay posting of credit.

7. Exchanges

8. Defective or Damaged Products

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.

  • If we determine the Product is defective under warranty, we will cover return shipping or shipping replacement items (depending on terms).

9. Cancellation Before Shipment

  • If you cancel your order before it has shipped, we will refund the full purchase price minus any payment processing fees.
  • If the order has shipped, cancellation becomes a return subject to Fees as above.

10. How to Initiate a Return

11. Restocking & Use Conditions

  • Products must be returned in re-saleable condition: no wear, dirt, installation marks, straps tightened, original packaging intact.
  • If the Product is not in the same condition as received, we may deny refund or charge a used-condition fee.

12. Compliance & State Law

  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under U.S. consumer protection laws.
  • Some states require specific disclosure; where applicable, those rights apply.
